Quotes are not binding until accepted, and may be subject to site verification, access constraints, environmental conditions, and supplier confirmation. Some materials are natural and may vary in color, gradation, texture, and shape from sample photos.
Orders, Payments, and Taxes
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown, including delivery, taxes, and other applicable fees. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details on our servers. Orders may be accepted, rejected, or canceled for reasons including lack of stock, site access issues, or suspected fraud. We may require additional verification before accepting an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, instructions, and site contact information. If additional services (e.g., re-delivery, standby time, or equipment needs) arise due to inaccurate instructions or site conditions, additional charges may apply.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Deliveries are fulfilled by carriers or suppliers and may be curbside or jobsite, depending on access and equipment. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, traffic, weight restrictions, or site safety. You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access (e.g., adequate clearance, stable ground, and permitted dump/placement areas). The risk of loss transfers upon delivery as documented by the carrier (including drop tickets or photos).
Drivers may decline to enter areas they deem unsafe or likely to cause property damage. If a delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions beyond our control, re-delivery fees may apply. Please check materials upon delivery and report issues promptly with photos and order details.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Once a load is dispatched or custom materials are prepared, changes may not be possible and fees may apply. Due to the nature of bulk and natural materials, returns are often not feasible. Where permitted by supplier policies and local regulations, we will work with you to resolve concerns fairly.
User Conduct
- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to access non-public areas, disrupt the Site, or bypass security measures.
- Do not submit content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or that includes others’ personal data without permission.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest content except as permitted by robots.txt or with written permission.
